Local Advertising Guidelines
Local advertising is defined as: Advertising any company or campaign which is local to your student organisation. If the campaign is intended to appear on other student organisation websites then it is a national campaign and you will need to put them in touch with us. For example, the local suit hire company would be a local advertiser but Barclays bank would be a national advertiser.
All the other student media companies (SMG, SubTV etc...) know they can book national campaigns by coming through us (and have done so in the past), so please point them in the right direction if they come to you directly with any national campaigns.
Please note;
• All local advertising sales are to be done by you. You retain 100% of the local advertising revenue.
• We will handle all uploading of creative’s to the websites.
• You are responsible for reporting to your client.
• You can have as many local adverts as you like (within reason).
