Q. I have not received a validation email?
Please be sure to check your junk mail folder. Failing this, send an email to support@oncampus.net and we will resend you the validation email! :)
Q. My activation link does not work?
Firstly, if you copied and pasted the URL, please make sure you did it correctly. If you have doubled click the link by accident, please try and log in. Failing that send an email to us at support@oncampus.net and we will investigate.
Q. I don't have an academic email address?
Unfortunately the OnCampus network requires an official .ac.uk or university.com email address to become validated as a real student. We recommend approaching your University for your official .ac.uk or university.com email address. Without it you will only attain guest status.
Q. I have already registered and would like to buy an NUSextra card?
We recommend you go to the http://www.nusextra.co.uk website and purchase your ticket. Failing that get in touch with your Students' Union and see if they offer any alternative methods of obtaining one.
Q. I have registered for the wrong network?
